A gifted leader and teacher, Dan has been involved in pastoral ministry for well over 30 years. Having started his first campus ministry group during his junior year of college, he has been involved since then in a variety of ministry activities including church planting, mentoring, teaching internationally at conferences and seminars and conducting workshops and retreats for ministry leaders, men, couples, and students.
Dan has a consuming passion for what he calls ‘authentic community’ and embraces the pressing need to help pastors and leaders in faith communities live balanced, healthy and spiritually released and empowered lives, so that God’s people can realize the fullness of what He has for them.
Dan is also thoroughly familiar with what it means to be a ‘tent maker’ in the work of God. From early in his ministry involvement, he has funded various ministry activities by starting and growing several marketing-related businesses. The lessons that he has learned over the years give him the hands-on, practical experience necessary to help ministry leaders in smaller churches and ministries who, by necessity, must balance full or part-time careers with their various ministry responsibilities.
Dan sees being a Standing Stone Associate as a God-shaped opportunity to serve pastors and ministry leaders while responding to God’s call to be ‘a catalyst for authentic community.’ Dan and Pam Notti were married over 35 years ago and they have one grown daughter, Ashley. They live, with their two loveable labrador retrievers, in Fullerton, California.
